Hello, I’m Jane
and I love building world class products.
Building products from scratch
My journey with building products started in San Francisco. Being in the heart of technology startups, I experienced firsthand what world-class products look like. This has inspired me to think outside of the box and build innovative products that solve a problem.
I have worked with three early-stage tech startups from ideation to developing and launching products. My process starts with gathering internal ideas, researching the market, interviewing persona, and conducting competitors to build user stories, product road maps, acceptance criteria, user interface design, and test cases.
Thinking beyond products
My experience working in the Chamber of Commerce and Venture Capital has built my knowledge of various markets and technologies across industries. When building a new product, I do not only think about technological solutions but also take business model innovation into consideration.
Conducting intensive market research and talking to multiple businesses helped me quickly conceptualize the business process, business models, revenue stream, and value proposition and understand the client’s needs. I know which product strategy can apply to which company, and how to balance the resources and timeline.
